CrossFit is a high intensity fitness regimen. Amongst other aspects, CrossFit workouts incorporate three main pillars: gymnastics, Olympic weightlifting, and metabolic conditioning. We have four experienced CrossFit coaches with extensive backgrounds in all of these.
