Zumba

Zumba® Gold


Get groovin’ at your own pace!

The easy-to-follow program that lets you move to the beat at your own speed. It’s an invigorating, community oriented dance-fitness class that feels fresh, and most of all, exhilarating!  Zumba Gold® classes provide modified, low-impact moves for active older adults, beginners and the de-conditioned.

Zumba® / Sculpt


50 minutes of Zumba®, followed by 10 minutes of Body Sculpt Work.

Hip Hop


Think Zumba® with a twist of Hip Hop in it! Dance background not required. All Levels.

Aqua Zumba®


Just add water and shake!

Splash your way into shape with an invigorating low-impact aquatic exercise. Known as the Zumba® “pool party,” the Aqua Zumba program gives new meaning to the idea of a refreshing workout. Integrating the Zumba philosophy with traditional aquatic fitness disciplines, Aqua Zumba® blends it all together into workout that’s cardio-conditioning, body-toning, and most of all, exhilarating beyond belief. All levels.

Yoga

Yoga can be as much or as little as you want it to be. For some it is purely a physical pursuit, keeping the body toned, strong and flexible. For others, yoga becomes more of a mindset and a way of living. Whatever your reason for practicing, or your level of experience – we welcome you to Yoga! Yoga mat recommended.

Yin Yoga


A slow-paced style of yoga with postures or asanas that are held for comparatively longer periods of time. Yoga mat recommended.

Yin Yang Yoga


Let stress and tension melt away and connect with a deep sense of peace and relaxation.  Restorative Yoga is a gentle healing form of Hatha yoga that is practiced with props to provide a supportive environment for total relaxation. The class is slow, deeply nurturing, and suitable for all ages – particularly those with chronic pain or limitations. Yoga mat recommended.

Vinyasa Yoga


Establish and maintain a solid Power Yoga practice through proper alignment, yogic breathing, pose holding, and conscious fluid movement. A more fast-paced fitness approach to yoga. Yoga mat recommended.

Gentle Yoga

Hot Yoga


Hot Yoga blends the flow and grace of vinyasa sequences. This class is taught in a very heated room, with energetic music and fun! Yoga mat recommended.

Water

Aquarobics


The intensity of the water aerobics class is determined by how hard you decide to work. This shallow water workout includes calisthenics style movements with variations of upper and lower body resistive moves. As the participant, you manipulate the water to create your preferred level of intensity.

Aqua Fit


Burn up to 500 calories and get fit with this challenging water workout! 60 minutes of FUN will improve strength and cardiovascular endurance without putting stress or impact on your joints. Class taught in lap pool. Must be able to swim.

Punch & Kick

Cardio Kickbox


Get ready to have fun you didn’t think was possible, while punching, kicking and sweating yourself into shape! Burn calories, tone muscles, strengthen your core and feel great doing it!  No experience necessary to jump into this class and change how you look and feel!  No equipment is used and gloves are optional (not required).  All levels.

MMA Fit


Bagwork, cardio & strength building make up this mixed martial arts based fitness class taught by black belt martial arts instructors.  MMA / boxing gloves recommended.

This class is a total body, heart-pumping, aerobic and strength-conditioning workout. This interval-based class combines full-body strength training with high-intensity cardio bursts designed to tone your body, improve your endurance and clear your mind before the busy day gets started. Insanity®


Are you willing to “dig deep”®?

Here’s how you can use your body to get in the best shape in your life: work flat out in 3-5min blocks, and take breaks only long enough to gulp some air and get right back to work. It’s called Max Interval Training, because it keeps your body working at maximum capacity through your entire workout. You keep pushing your limits – so your body has to adapt. P90X®


Strength routines carve out your best body. Cardio pushes your aerobic capacity to the max. Core and Yoga build stamina, flexibility, & great abs. A totally rounded, full-body workout!

Boot Camp


Take your workout to the next level with this cardio interval and weight training workout! You will build lean muscle & improve strength and endurance. Inspiring instructors and music will encourage you to work harder and become the lean, mean machine you’ve always wanted to be.

Total Body Conditioning

Weight training class that incorporates traditional strength exercises like push-ups, dips, moving lunges and functional core exercises, to build real, functional strength. Also uses weight / resistance to isolate and tone all major muscle groups. Appropriate for all fitness levels. The more lean muscle we have, the higher our metabolism runs.

Strong(wo)man Training

Each week will be training for different strongwoman and strongman events. Each event will be broken down and tips will be given to help you succeed in each one. Examples of events: Atlas Stones, Circus Dumbbell, Axle, Yoke Walks, Log Press and Farmers Walks. Come learn a new way of training!

Express Core


30 minutes of exercises that target your entire core area. Included are abdominal isolating movements to tighten your abs. All fitness levels.

Butts & Guts


Class focusing on the specific area of the butt and gut. A bun burner of a class! All levels.

Cardio Kickbox

Cycle

Group/Sunrise Cycle


Group cycling is designed to help individuals of all ages and fitness levels become fit and healthy. This 50-60 minute class is set to motivating music and includes aerobic and muscular endurance with anaerobic strength intervals. All new and first time riders please arrive 5-10 minutes before class for help with bike set up and instruction. Water bottle and towel are mandatory. Reserving bikes is not permitted. Be on your bike when the class starts. All levels.

Group Cycle & Abs


Take the Group Cycling and add in a great abs/core workout!

Cycle Mix


A fusion class starting with some serious spin in the cycle room, followed by a mix up of strength training exercises and plyometrics on the turf. All levels.

Dance

Belly Dance


Learn the basic understanding of belly dance technique, posturing, language and movement execution in this fun, friendly and energetic full body workout! All levels.

Barre Fitness

Salt City Fitness


Salt City Fitness is a high intensity fitness regimen. Amongst other aspects, Salt City Fitness workouts incorporate three main pillars: gymnastics, Olympic weightlifting, and metabolic conditioning. We have four experienced coaches with extensive backgrounds in all of these.

Beginner Salt City Fitness


Beginner Salt City Fitness workouts prepare you to perform well at all tasks, even ones that are unfamiliar. We train for unforeseeable challenges with the implementation of broad and constantly varied exercises.

Martial Arts

Little Champions (Ages 4-6)


Classes for children of this age are designed to improve attention span, listening skills, and motor skills like balance and coordination all while using a multi-styled Martial Arts system to keep it fun and exciting.

Juniors (Ages 7-13)


Our system teaches kids to become goal-oriented achievers. The step-by-step multi-styled Martial Arts curriculum will guide your child on a journey to becoming a confident and capable Black Belt. Our classes are positive, well-disciplined and safe.

Adults (14 & Up)


From the beginner with no prior Martial Arts experience to the advanced Black Belt, our multi-styled Martial Arts curriculum will help us guide adults to peak performance in greater levels of flexibility, stress-relief, weight control, and much, much more all while learning highly effective self-defense skills.

Level 1


For Junior’s ages 7 to 12 designed to develop discipline and leadership and Adults for men and women with no experience we will guide you to peak performance in fitness and personal safety. All in a clean, state of the art facility under the guidance of highly trained Martial Arts Professionals. This is for Team Andrello’s Beginner and Intermediate Belts:White, Yellow, Orange, Purple, and Blue Belts. (For Junior’s 7-12 years old and Beginner Adults. White to Blue Belts.)

Level 2


For Junior’s ages 7 to 12 designed to develop discipline and leadership and adults for men and women at the most advanced level of Martial Arts we will guide you to peak performance in fitness and personal safety. All in a clean, state of the art facility under the guidance of highly trained Martial Arts Professionals. This is for Team Andrello’s Advanced Belts: Green, Brown, Red and High Red Belts. (For Junior’s 7-12 and Advanced Adults. Must be green to High Red Belt)

Black Belt


Black Belt classes are exclusive for students who have achieved their Black Belt with Team Andrello and wish to extend their skills in the Martial Arts. Students will take their training to a whole new level. The Black Belt program helps students achieve greater levels of success both on and off the mats. (Must be a Black Belt)

Hyper Pro Martial Arts Training is a Martial Arts curriculum intended to create Martial Arts athletes with modern drills, plyometric, kicks, acrobatics, extreme forms and the Pro Athlete Mindset. The Hyper program’s main target is for all kids and teens starting at age 7. Students must have earned their Yellow Belt with Team Andrello in order to attend. (All kids and teens. Must be at least 7 years old and at least a Yellow Belt)

Weapons


Weapons training improves your Martial Arts Skills, increases your knowledge, provides great conditioning, and builds awareness when defending against weapons. Weapons are taught as a separate class. Students must be a Team Andrello Purple Belt or above to attend weapons classes. The following weapons are taught in our weapons classes: Bo Staff, Kamas, Arnis, Sword and Chucks. (Must be a at least Purple Belt)

Boxing


You will learn boxing for both sport and self defense as well as how to use your body weight as resistance to strengthen your whole body. Learn to hit pad, the heavy bag and working with a friend, improve footwork and hand-eye coordination while improving your fitness and have fun. Train with Darin Carroll- Golden Gloves Champions and trainer of multiple pro athletes. Boxing gloves recommended. All levels. Age 12 & Up.
